What are Bayod Eyewear made of?

Our items are derived from real bamboo. With proper processing and weather-proofing, the quality and durability of each product is ensured.

Is this as sturdy as its plastic counterparts? How long will a pair of Bayod Sunglasses last?

Yes! We guarantee that our bamboo eyewear's wear and tear quality is on the same level with its plastic grandfathers. Your Bayod Eyewear will require the same amount of love and care like all other sunglasses. It won't be a delicate piece of wood. It's made to last and like other wood products: the more you wear it, the more its color cures and looks better.

Do you accept custom orders with personalized designs?

The answer is dependent on how many you want to order. For more info on this, we encourage you to reach out to us via the information provided in our wholesale page.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments thru BPI & BDO Bank Deposits, and Paypal. Cash-On-Delivery via LBC is also accepte For Credit Card Purchases, use the Paypal payment Gateway. (No Paypal Account Required)

How much is your shipping fee within the Philippines?

For all purchases within the Philippines, we go by a flat shipping rate of ₱180.00. (Metro Manila & Provinces)

Why does my shipment tracking number take a while to work?

Local deliveries via LBC usually take 1-2 days to generate a tracking number after processing. The tracking number /tracking link will be sent to you by our processing team as soon as it is available.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After payment confirmation and processing, your order should arrive to your shipping address in 3-7 working days.

Why is there an additional 1% Shipping Insurance upon checkout?

All deliveries are subject to a Buyer Protection Fee of Php5.00 or 1.00%, whichever is higher. This guarantees the Buyer that if there are any damages or losses to delivered goods directly caused by our partner courier, we will issue a claim according to the exact value of the goods. Shipping and Buyer Protection Fee will be shouldered by the buyer, on top of the merchandise value that is subject for sale.

Will I get notifications of my order's shipping status?

The buyer will be notified via email and/or SMS when their purchase is ready to be delivered.
